Sometimes we are seemingly surrounded by darkness. The light is not there and the path is not illuminated, there is no focal point.

Staring into the darkness and letting it be around us for the time that needed to illuminate fear and  feel the beauty of stillness and simplicity that it try to show us. In darkness is how we sleep to dream, and the night sky brings quiet and rest. Standing in the darkness we see the complexity of ourselves. Darkness eliminates everything and we are left with ourselves in its overpowering presence. The beauty of the darkness is stillness it is there to hold space as we are the illumination.
